Vendor Contract 2023

Agreement to this contract is assumed as a requirement of your vendor application - see form.

Vendor Participation

Your application to this show is considered definite upon acceptance which will come in the form of an email on or after August 15, 2023. Once 100% of payment has been received, 50% of your payment is non-refundable. If you cancel your Vendor Contract within 60 days of the event, we will retain 75% of your payment. If you cancel your Vendor Contract within 7 days of the event, you forfeit your entire payment.

Cheques can be made payable to STUFFED and sent to address on invoice, or e-transfer can be emailed to katie@bluekeyevents.com with password: stuffedham

Space Rental Fee includes table and linens, chairs and other add-ons can be rented through us if you require. Facebook & Instagram features for every vendor is included as a part of the event promotion, as such we will leverage photos submitted as well as some from your social channels as well.

Insurance & Liability

All Vendors must have their own insurance. For clarity purposes, Vendors shall obtain, at their own expense, adequate liability for any loss, damage or injury related to his/her own space/table (or other sites if related to your activity). The security staff shall in no circumstances be under any liability for damage, loss or theft. STUFFED! shall in no circumstances be under any liability for damage, loss, theft or injury. STUFFED! will take the necessary measures to insure the protection of the Vendor’s products, health and safety.
